Created Unassigned: Connect CRM Online 2015 [4643]

I want to start in a WF CRM 2015 Online automated.
Unfortunately, the Connect fails .
I use logins in Azure AD , I think that should then be in the interests LiveIDs .
Can I do that so ever use ?

but Device Credentials are Generated on the host in azure.
